roles & responsibilities:

- deliver engaging and informative lectures on pharmaceutical topics, ensuring effective communication of

complex concepts.

- stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research.

- integrate new knowledge and research findings into the curriculum to provide relevant and up-to-date

education.

- provide academic guidance, career advice, and mentoring students.

- encourage student engagement and foster a supportive learning environment.

- reflect on teaching methods and student feedback to continuously improve the quality of education.

- analyse the overall performance of the programmes and make improvements.

requirements:

- a bachelor or master's degree in pharmacy (m. or m), pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology,

or a related field.

- strong subject matter expertise in pharmaceutical principles and related topics.

- effective communication and presentation skills.

- passion for teaching and a commitment towards student success.

- experience in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.

- knowledge of educational technologies and tools for online and blended learning.

- ability to engage students in both classroom and laboratory settings.

- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
