PGT English Teacher (0-5 Years)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PGT English Teacher to join our team in Thakurganj. This full-time position requires teaching English to students at the higher secondary level. The ideal candidate should be committed to enhancing students' learning experiences and fostering a love for the language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.

- Classroom Instruction: Deliver effective English lessons that encourage student participation and improve their language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

- Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' performance and areas for improvement, supporting a collaborative learning environment.

- Extra-Curricular Activities: Organize and participate in English-related clubs and activities to promote creative expression and enhance language skills outside the classroom.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.

- Strong command of the English language, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.

- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development, with a willingness to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

- Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory; both fresh graduates and experienced educators are encouraged to apply.
