We are looking for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Commerce to join our team in Thakurganj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching higher secondary students and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Lectures: Prepare and present engaging lessons in Commerce subjects, focusing on key concepts and theories to enhance student understanding.

- Create Lesson Plans: Develop detailed lesson plans that align with the curriculum to ensure comprehensive coverage of the syllabus.

- Assess Student Performance: Assign and evaluate tests, projects, and assignments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Support Students: Offer guidance and support to students in understanding complex topics and encourage their academic growth.

- Participate in Meetings: Attend staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues to discuss student progress, curricular improvements, and teaching strategies.

- Organize Extracurricular Activities: Plan and conduct various activities, such as workshops and seminars, to enhance students’ practical knowledge of commerce-related subjects.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a degree along with a qualification. A passion for teaching and a solid understanding of Commerce subjects is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to connect effectively with students and fellow staff members. The ability to create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere, alongside patience and adaptability, will be highly valued.
