anderson blake is seeking a personal support worker to support its clients in the community and facilities across canada. you will enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to achieve your goals and provide you a good work life balance.

if you are interested in working in canada as a personal support worker, we would request the following documents as a formal submission of interest to anderson blake:

1) up-to-date resume and cover letter

2) eca (education credential assessment) validated by either wes or iqas

3) ielts score greater than 6

4) proof of vaccination

5) three work related references.

what you will be doing as a personal support worker:

• provide client care and personal support, alongside an exception care team made up of nurses and other psws

• support day-to-day living for independent care for vulnerable members in community

• maintain a safe and healthy environment

• update supervisor and care teams accordingly

• provide community-based support to people who need it and their families

mandatory requirements:

• general diploma of nursing and/or midwifery with an eca (education credential assessment) equivalent to the canadian benchmark

• experience with personal support and independent living for vulnerable population

• must have a driver’s license with 12 months of driving experience in home country

role requirements:

• must be willing to partake in a certificate program offered by a reputable canadian college

• must complete first aid and cpr certification program

• must provide tb skin testing

• must provide ministry of transportation’s driving abstract

salary: $18 to $25 canadian dollars per hour
