Personal Executive
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain filing systems and office supplies.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
