Eligibility Criteria:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Perfusion, Cardiovascular Perfusion or a related discipline from a recognised Indian institution & related healthcare field.

* Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.

* No German Language Test Required to Apply

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Valid Indian Passport.

Work Location:

Hospitals across Austria

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heart-lung machines during cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeries.

• Manage cardiopulmonary bypass and extracorporeal circulation procedures.

• Monitor blood flow, oxygenation, pressure, temperature and other physiological parameters.

• Prepare, inspect and test perfusion machines, circuits and oxygenators before surgery.

• Administer prescribed medications, fluids and blood products during procedures.

• Monitor anticoagulation levels and immediately report critical changes.

• Assist the surgical and anaesthesia teams during routine and emergency procedures.

• Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition or equipment performance.

• Maintain accurate perfusion, equipment and patient-care records.

• Follow Dutch hospital policies, infection-control standards and patient-safety protocols.

• Maintain perfusion equipment and ensure the availability of essential supplies.

• Participate in on-call duties, clinical audits, team meetings and professional training.

• Protect patients’ dignity, privacy and confidential medical information.
