• handle stock, petty expenses and sales cash at the store with complete responsibility
• communicate company goal specifics and expectations
• monitor associate productivity levels and provide coaching and feedback
• ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, or fragrance oil wastages
and return to vendors (rtvs)
