Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our team in Amritsar, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will provide quality healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment plans for young patients. Regularly monitor their growth and development.

2. Health Education: Educate parents and caregivers about proper nutrition, safety, and illness prevention. Provide guidance on managing chronic conditions.

3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient. Document assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Participate in team meetings for improved patient outcomes.

5. Emergency Response: Be prepared to manage medical emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and quick response to urgent situations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a Post Graduate degree in Pediatrics and have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and their families. A compassionate and caring attitude is essential, as is the ability to work well in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in a clinical setting is advantageous. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with medical advancements in pediatrics is expected. Candidates must also demonstrate solid organizational skills and a thorough understanding of child development and healthcare practices. Qualification MD/DNB in Pediatrics . Package 2 LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
