Job Description

assess currently supplied pcba for improvements. these include: -

o refrigeration condensing unit timer protection

o refrigeration condensing unit pressure operated speed control for both ec and ac fans

o 0-10v to pwm interface for ec fans

o fixed input to pwm for ec fans

o 0-10v potentiometer

o ec fan status

assess potential for new pcba’s.

 investigate lower cost sourcing, and present potential costs savings / benefits.

 create and present feasibility report including project times, costs, payback, quality, and performance

requirements.

 develop full specification including gerber files, full bills of materials, drawing schematics, layouts, software

and full manufacturing and assembly requirements for each pcba.

 ensure compliance to relevant directives including emc.

 complete design for manufacturability (dfm) and design for test (dft) reports.

 organise the delivery of prototypes and test to ensure they meet specification and quality requirements.
