skills: creativity, team work, communication skill -

competencies:

• develop multilayer pcb layouts, perform component placements and determine wire routings.

• verify existing designs and recommend improvements.

• prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and pcb models.

• determine layer stackup, perform component selection and routing

• performing to schedules and ensuring timelines are met

knowledge of pcb design standard ipc2221a, ipc2152, ul

• hands-on /knowledge of tools which are used for design /drawing. (like protel, orcad, cadence etc).

• error free design layout

• capable of understanding data sheet and make foot print.

• understand mechanical drawing. (size of the pcb, holes, slots, cuts, connector side on pcb etc.) which is given by customer / engineer.

responsibilities-

1. design pcb according to mechanical drawing of enclosure provided – with correct measurement of holes, slots, cuts, connector side & size of the pcb

2. make documents for project. a) schematic b) artwork c) film d) drill details e) ident f) gerber g) bill of material
