Experience: Minimum 2–3 years specifically on Sensor Pavers (Hydrostatic/Mechanical).

Technical Skill: Must understand Mat Quality (preventing segregation/bumps) and how to handle different bitumen temperatures.

License: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.

Teamwork: Ability to direct the screed helpers and dumper operators effectively.
