#### 🎯 **Role Overview:**

The Infertility Counsellor will support individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment by providing emotional, psychological, and informational guidance. The role involves helping patients understand procedures, cope with stress, and make informed decisions throughout their fertility journey.

### 🔑 **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide **emotional counselling** to patients dealing with infertility issues

* Guide patients through **fertility treatments and procedures** (IVF, IUI, etc.)

* Conduct **one-on-one and couple counselling sessions**

* Help patients manage **stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges**

* Maintain **patient records and counselling reports**

* Coordinate with **doctors and medical staff** for patient care plans

* Educate patients about **treatment options, success rates, and lifestyle changes**

* Ensure **confidentiality and ethical counselling practices**

* Support patients before, during, and after treatment cycles

### 🎓 **Eligibility Criteria:**

* **Qualification:** MSW / Psychology / Life Sciences / Nursing (Preferred)

* **Experience:** 1-3 years in healthcare or fertility counselling

* **Languages:** English, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi

* Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**

* High level of **empathy and patience**

* Ability to handle **sensitive situations professionally**
