the home bakery is a growing cake and dessert brand in mahalunge, pune, known for custom cakes, event orders, and quality baked products. we are expanding to a retail shop and are looking for a passionate baking professional to join our team.

*position*: pastry / cake chef (mid-level)

salary: ₹15,000 per month (negotiable based on skill)

location: mahalunge, pune

*responsibilities*:

• assist in baking cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and desserts as per recipes and quality standards

• support in cake decoration, icing, and finishing work

• maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• work with the owner on new recipes and product development

• manage ingredient preparation and basic inventory

*requirements*:

• 1–3 years’ experience in baking or pastry work (hotel, bakery, or home-based)

• good knowledge of basic cake baking, frosting, and presentation

• willingness to learn and adapt to the home bakery’s style

• team player with a positive attitude
