*About Us:*

The Home Bakery is a growing cake and dessert brand in Mahalunge, Pune, known for custom cakes, event orders, and quality baked products. We are expanding to a retail shop and are looking for a passionate baking professional to join our team.

*Position*: Pastry / Cake Chef (Mid-level)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on skill)

Location: Mahalunge, Pune

Type: Full-time

*Responsibilities*:

• Assist in baking cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and desserts as per recipes and quality standards

• Support in cake decoration, icing, and finishing work

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Work with the owner on new recipes and product development

• Manage ingredient preparation and basic inventory

*Requirements*:

• 1–3 years’ experience in baking or pastry work (hotel, bakery, or home-based)

• Good knowledge of basic cake baking, frosting, and presentation

• Willingness to learn and adapt to The Home Bakery’s style

• Team player with a positive attitude
