We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in pastry preparation, with a passion for creating delightful desserts and pastries. A high school diploma is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Dessert Preparation**: Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

2. **Recipe Development**: Experiment with new flavors and techniques to develop innovative recipes, contributing to seasonal menus and special events.

3. **Ingredient Management**: Select and order quality ingredients, keeping track of inventory and ensuring all items are fresh and well-stocked.

4. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure taste, texture, and appearance are consistent and up to standard.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate dessert production, ensuring smooth service and timely delivery of all menu items.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pastry arts and excellent creative skills to produce visually appealing desserts. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
