Job Summary:

The Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting the legal team by assisting with various tasks related to legal research, documentation, case management, and administrative functions. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The Paralegal collaborates closely with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of the legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, pleadings. Ensure documents adhere to established formats and legal standards.

Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence. Manage the scheduling of hearings, meetings, and deadlines. Prepare materials for court filings, including exhibits and supporting documents.

Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, billing, and maintaining office supplies.

Legal Database Management: Input and update information in legal databases and case management systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data records.

Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, emails, and memos. Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
