Painter

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in painting and must have completed their 10th grade education. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Surface Preparation**: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming them to ensure a smooth finish. This step is essential for the longevity of the paintwork.

- **Mixing Paints**: Accurately mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired colors and finishes. Knowledge of color theory and the properties of different paints is crucial for this task.

- **Painting**: Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Attention to detail is important to ensure clean lines and an even coat.

- **Touch-ups and Repairs**: Conduct touch-ups and repairs on previously painted surfaces to maintain quality. This includes identifying imperfections and correcting them to uphold standards.

- **Clean-Up**: Clean up after painting projects by properly disposing of materials and maintaining a tidy workspace. A clean environment is vital for safety and organization.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Proven experience as a Painter with at least one year in the field.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high quality results.

- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to painting and handling materials.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as necessary.
