Packing Helper - Full Time

We are looking for a Packing Helper to assist our packaging team in Punagam. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and should have completed at least 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Packing Products:** Ensure products are packed accurately and securely for shipping. This involves using appropriate materials to protect items during transport.

- **Labeling Packages:** Attach correct labels to each package to ensure they reach the right destination. This includes checking to avoid errors.

- **Inventory Management:** Help keep track of packed products and materials. This ensures that all items are accounted for and can be easily located.

- **Cleaning Work Area:** Maintain a clean and organized packing area. This is important for safety and efficiency within the workspace.

- **Assisting Team Members:** Support other team members with any additional tasks as needed. Teamwork is essential for ensuring smooth operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A high school diploma (12th pass) is required, showing basic education.

- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred, ideally between 1 to 2 years.

- Attention to detail is crucial to avoid packing errors and ensure accuracy.

- Good physical stamina is needed as the job may involve lifting and moving packages.

- Basic understanding of packaging materials and techniques is beneficial.
