About VocabCartoons

We are VocabCartoons — a newly launched EdTech startup (launched November) creating animated vocabulary stories, games, and fun missions to help children learn English in a visual, ADHD-friendly way.

Our ambition is big.

We are building towards the scale of companies like Duolingo, with the long-term vision of becoming the “Netflix of kids’ learning.”

To make this happen, we are growing an affiliate and influencer network at scale, and we are now hiring 1 junior Outreach Specialist from India to join us early and grow with the company.

****Role Overview****

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Remote

Long-term

Outreach-focused ONLY

* No design

*No video editing

*No content creation

****Salary, Growth & Incentives****

**Base Salary**:

*$250 USD per month

*Performance Bonus:

*$ USD for every new affiliate or influencer who signs up

*** Startup Growth Incentive (Important)***:

As VocabCartoons grows, we reward the people helping to build it.

***For every 1,000 new paying members the company reaches, base salaries are reviewed and increased by at least $50 USD, based on performance and role.***

** Your Daily Responsibilities**

You will work on two core tasks:

1 Influencer Outreach

-Research micro-influencers (parents, teachers, homeschool, ADHD/SEN, education)

-Send DM/email outreach using ready-made templates

-Follow up 2–3 times

-Track replies and conversations

-Organize influencer lists in Google Sheets

2 Affiliate Recruitment

-Find potential affiliate partners

-Message them using provided scripts

-Track sign-ups

-Help new affiliates get started

-Submit daily progress reports

Who We’re Looking For (Please read this carefully)

-Experienced Outreach Specialist / Outreach influencer for at least 6 months -to 1 year

-Good written English

-Fast learner

-Reliable and consistent

-Comfortable with repetitive daily outreach

-Able to follow templates and instructions

-Positive, growth-focused mindset

-Interested in startups and long-term growth

Work Schedule

40 hours per week

Flexible working hours

Ideally 3–4 hours overlap with UK time (not required)
