Job Description

1. Responsible for the sales of international tours (Outbound Sales)

2. Package calculations and itinerary preparation.

3. Understanding customer requirements.

4. International hotel bookings.

5. Working on outbound calls for majority of the day.

6. Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries.

7. Booking transportation and hotel reservations.

8. Assisting customer to choose from variety of travel options.

Requirements

1. Should have knowledge of international tourist destinations.

2. Travel, tourism and hospitality experience desired not required.

3. Good communication skills required.

4. Comfortable in making outbound calls.

5. Critical thinker and problem solver.
