Job Description

• prepare and maintain operation theatre before and after surgeries.

• assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

• handle surgical instruments, sutures, and sterilized equipment.

• ensure strict aseptic and infection control protocols in ot.

• coordinate with cssd for sterilized instruments and supplies.

• maintain ot records, instruments checklist, and daily logs.

• provide pre- and post-operative support to nursing and surgical team.

• monitor and check ot machines (ventilators, suction, cautery, etc.) before surgery.

skills required:

• good knowledge of ot equipment, surgical procedures, and sterilization methods.

• ability to assist in emergency surgeries efficiently.

• strong communication and teamwork skills.
