Hiring OT Technician For Kalyan Thane

• Prepare and maintain operation theatre before and after surgeries.

• Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

• Handle surgical instruments, sutures, and sterilized equipment.

• Ensure strict aseptic and infection control protocols in OT.

• Coordinate with CSSD for sterilized instruments and supplies.

• Maintain OT records, instruments checklist, and daily logs.

• Provide pre- and post-operative support to nursing and surgical team.

• Monitor and check OT machines (ventilators, suction, cautery, etc.) before surgery.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of OT equipment, surgical procedures, and sterilization methods.

• Ability to assist in emergency surgeries efficiently.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to patient safety and NABH compliance.
