Baked with Love by Annie, a well-known cloud kitchen in Wadala West – Matunga East, specializing in custom cakes and gourmet desserts, is looking for a dedicated Order Taker to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer orders via WhatsApp and phone calls

Maintain client relations and manage customer feedback

Address and resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally

Oversee client input and ensure smooth communication

Follow instructions and company policies diligently

Requirements:

Flawless spoken and written English (perfect grammar and spelling are a must)

Sincere, hardworking, and flexible with work hours

Willing to work long hours with minimal offs

Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer skills

Strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle complaints with patience and professionalism

Job Details:

Working Hours: 11 AM to9 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Salary: ₹24,000 per month
