Job Title: Optometrist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect refractive errors

Diagnose visual conditions and recommend appropriate corrective solutions

Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses based on individual customer needs

Educate customers on eye health, lens options, frame suitability, and proper eye care

Ensure accurate eye testing, prescriptions, and proper documentation

Collaborate with sales and store teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Maintain hygiene, calibration, and proper usage of optometry equipment

Adhere to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and brand service standards

Skills and Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or a related field

Registered Optometrist with a valid license to practice in India

Proven experience in eye examinations and prescribing glasses/contact lenses

Strong understanding of eye anatomy, vision care, and optical practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

High standards of professionalism and patient care
