Roles and Responsibilities
• Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting
• Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.
• Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
• Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
• Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography
• Act as a liaison between candidate and management.
• Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of Experience in non-technical talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to understand the clinical/pharma terms.
• Should have experience in Pharma / Medical science etc...
