roles and responsibilities

• proven experience of talent acquisition especially in opt recruiting

• must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.

• should have proper understanding of visa status like f1, cpt, opt, h4 ead, h1b and gc etc.

• good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through usa job portals and social networking.

• knowledge using any ats-applicant tracking system. well-versed with usa geography

• act as a liaison between candidate and management.

• understanding of niche it skills in market and must be able to educate students.

skills & experience:

• minimum 1 year of experience in non-technical talent acquisition

• excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.

• must be able to understand the clinical/pharma terms.

• should have experience in pharma / medical science etc...
