Roles and Responsibilities

Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting

Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.

Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.

Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.

Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography

Act as a liaison between candidate and management.

Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Experience in non-technical talent acquisition

Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.

Must be able to understand the clinical/pharma terms.

Should have experience in Pharma / Medical science etc...
