Minimum 2 yrs experience required.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, a prior database of OPT candidates.
Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills.
Having a clear view of the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
Should be able to educate the consultants.
Ability to make 45-50 calls every day.
Reach monthly Targets.
Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the *OPT*/CPT/EAD
Candidates for Online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.
Need to coordinate for technical screening
Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well
Arrange schedules for technical interview
