Operations Head

The candidate would be responsible for sustaining and growing the city's revenues with P&L

responsibilities.

•Good at leading the operations team in running the ground ops as per the defined SLA’s and

managing relationships with the customers

•Define the day-to-day responsibilities of the team, set up reporting structure, and monitor metrics

on a regular basis.

•Should have led the Operations team in delivering the best customer experience while

having a 360-degree view from Customer Care to vehicle safety to Optimal utilization of

resources.
