Springer Capital is an asset management firm specializing in cross-border real estate investment banking in China and the USA. This is an online/remote internship. The internship is unpaid. It is up to the applicant's discretion to choose a start and end date (the dates listed on the posting are flexible). You will be given a short quiz to test your background and passion for operations and process management.

Responsibilities:

â–ª Support daily business operations by coordinating cross-functional activities.

â–ª Assist in streamlining internal workflows and maintaining documentation.

â–ª Conduct research to support business process improvement efforts.

â–ª Monitor task completion and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

â–ª Help develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation.

â–ª Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

â–ª Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

â–ª Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

â–ª Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

â–ª Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

â–ª A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

â–ª Familiarity with operations, project coordination, or administrative functions is a plus.
