Springer Capital is an asset management firm specializing in cross-border real estate investment banking in China and the USA. This is an online/remote internship. The internship is unpaid. It is up to the applicant's discretion to choose a start and end date (the dates listed on the posting are flexible). You will be given a short quiz to test your background and passion for operations and process management.

Responsibilities:

▪ Support daily business operations by coordinating cross-functional activities.

▪ Assist in streamlining internal workflows and maintaining documentation.

▪ Conduct research to support business process improvement efforts.

▪ Monitor task completion and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

▪ Help develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation.

▪ Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

▪ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

▪ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

▪ A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

▪ Familiarity with operations, project coordination, or administrative functions is a plus.
