Job Title: OT Technician

Location: Nalpada, Thane

Experience: 1-3 years (Operation Theatre)

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Summary:

We are hiring an OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures by preparing the OT, sterilizing instruments, and supporting the surgical team during operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain OT before, during, and after surgery

Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain equipment

Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures

Handle surgical instruments and consumables responsibly

Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control protocols

Document usage and support OT inventory management

Requirements:

Diploma in OT Technology or relevant course

Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred

Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols

Alert, responsible, and good team player
