Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Coordination with on site execution team for smoother implementation of work

● Responsible for School Assessment and Gap Analysis

● Assist in making school budgets including implementation planning, identifying product standards

and defining product specification etc.

● Stakeholder management with various Government authorities

● Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

● Good knowledge and experience in AutoCAD is a plus

● Preparation of Estimates and Co Ordination with the contractor for Site Execution

● Knowledge about latest rates of Civil And Repair Items

● Willing to travel across India

● Problem solving attitude

● Good level of understanding in reading AutoCAD drawings (is a plus)

● Good Communication skills

● Immediate joinee/short notice period preferrence
