• work on site maintenance . mounting / dismounting / light repairing / wrinkle issue / print damage/ illumination issues or any onsite obstructions, structure repairing / painting / etc.

• daily preparing the (day/ night) roster for onsite workers and keeping management updates from time to time.

• manually checking the smart timer app and edge1 software daily basis.

• coordinating with the mounters & electrician for any issues. inspection of the flagpole for any damages.

• tracking and monitoring the presence of on- site workers and on site security guards on a day-to-day basis. allocate work and check workers in and out from the site in a timely manner.

• take photographs (start date/ mid date/ end date) of running campaigns on the sites and shares them with the clients from the site itself.

• sites maintenance report and sending these reports to bd, marketing & sales head and management to resolve the issues and takes an immediate action the sites.

• hd day photos to client eod with report of implementation.

• all sites visit every week to check the site maintenance. traffic counting (when required)

• at the end of the campaign, all photos and videos are captioned and posted to the company server.
