Operations Manager - Begumpet Hyderabad

Operation Manager:

Full-time on the client's payroll. Office plus fieldwork with travel. Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad. One opening. Five days per week, nine hours per day. Experience: 4-6 years. Minimum education: Graduate. Face-to-face interview.

Own daily marketplace operations, partner onboarding and activation, service coordination, escalations and team performance; improve SOPs, service turnaround, quality and reporting.

Experience in service operations or a marketplace; team leadership; process discipline; KPI-driven execution.

Compensation: INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month (take-home).
