customer service: handle and resolve operational issues or customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of service.

booking & dispatch: coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of taxis, efficiently assigning vehicles to meet customer demand.

documentation & compliance: ensure legal requirements and company policies are followed, including driver and vehicle documentation, insurance, and safety checks.

reporting & analysis: track performance, maintain operational records, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

inventory management: ensure the availability of essential resources such as fuel and supplies to keep the fleet operational.
