Job Profile

1. To handle Back end operation work..

2. To Coordinate with vendors for arranging vouchers and other travel documents to be shared

with the guest

3. To Coordinate with the agents and update them about voucher status and other travel

documents

4. To Coordinate with guest and agents during ongoing tours for any booking related

matter.

5. To Work on targets and help in achieving those no

6. To help in getting repeat agency business through high client satisfaction ratio

Job Qualification

1. Candidate should be minimum graduate preferably from Tourism background

2. Should be well conversant in Hindi and English

3. Should have worked in B2b Travel market preferably with European DMC company

4. Should have minimum of 3 Years in the field

5. Should be quick and good troubleshooter in resolving the matter

6. Should know operational nitty-gritty for smooth and hassle free operational work

7. Should be target oriented and go getter person

8. Should be confident speaker and pleasing personality
