JOB PURPOSE

Monitor, Manage and track digital advertising campaigns on different platforms. Publishing and tracking the performance of advertising campaigns. Working and liaising with different client teams

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure campaigns are set up efficiently and accurately according to the clients instructions.

Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly by rigorously using the QA checklist. Responsible for achievement of SLAs, Quality, and customer satisfaction.

Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and ad-creative set-up, and provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, trafficking tags, etc.

Responsible for getting clarification from the client on instruction orders if any details are missing or have doubts.

Responsible for troubleshooting if any campaigns or ads are not performing.

Responsible for creative functionality check before uploading files to the ad server.

Responsible for multiple accounts in parallel and error-free jobs. Responsible for optimization of the campaign and the performance of the campaign.

Responsible for driving campaign success metrics including CTR, CPC, and CPA by closely monitoring delivery and analytics

SKILLS SET: Must have experience in ad server tools DCM/DFP

Preferably male candidate - Night shift
