Cleaning and maintaining the office area, including common spaces, restrooms, and kitchen.
Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff.
Handling deliveries, collecting documents, and running errands.
Assisting with organizing and setting up meeting rooms.
Ensuring office supplies (stationery, etc.) are replenished as needed.
Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle basic office equipment and tasks.
Good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to carry out various manual tasks.
