Reports to: President - UPRFMA
Experience: 3 to 5 years, experience in a similar role
Salary : -
Roles and responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments and meetings with various stake holders
• Managing office supplies/Stationary and handling office admin
• Helping manage the office correspondence & filing of documents
• Good Typing Skills in Hindi & English
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Relevant work experience in an office setup
• Proficiency in computer software like MS office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively.
Requirements :
Educational requirement: Graduate/Diploma in any Discipline
Must have good communication skills.
