We are looking for a dedicated Office Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and hold a degree. This full-time position is based in our Kolkata office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Maintain Financial Records:** Accurately record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure clear financial tracking.

- **Prepare Financial Statements:** Generate monthly and annual financial statements to provide insights into the company's financial health.

- **Reconcile Accounts:** Regularly compare bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies and ensure all figures align.

- **Process Payments:** Manage the accounts payable process by tracking and processing invoices for timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

- **Budget Management:** Assist in preparing budgets by monitoring expenses and suggesting changes to improve financial efficiency.

- **Tax Preparation:** Prepare necessary documentation for tax compliance and work closely with tax consultants to ensure accurate filings.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential for managing spreadsheets and reports effectively. Good communication skills are important for collaborating with colleagues and vendors.
