Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts
 Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts
 Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports
 Perform cost and general ledger analysis
 Complete tax audits ensuring compliance
 Preparing and entering invoices, bills, checks etc.
 Examine financial discrepancies
 Manage payroll functions systems
 Consult management on financial strategy
Admin
 Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
 Respond to calls and emails within the stipulated time or forward them to wherever necessary.
 Answer all queries professionally as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
 Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
 Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
 Coordinate office repairs and maintenance. .
 Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
 Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.
