key skills & qualifications:

proficiency in tally software: must be highly skilled in using tally erp 9 or tally prime for accounting, inventory, and gst processes.

knowledge of gst: strong understanding of goods and services tax (gst) regulations, returns, and filings.

accounting expertise: familiarity with financial statements, reconciliation, tax filings, and general ledger.

attention to detail: ability to work accurately with a high level of precision in financial reporting and data entry.

analytical thinking: strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in financial records.

time management: ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently, particularly in high-volume environments.

communication skills: good verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

education: bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).

experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tally software and gst compliance.
