Job Description:

1. Responsible for handling the process of end to end Recruitment cycle

2. To source profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc.

3. Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication etc.

4. Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, , Zoom call, web Etc.

5. Knowledge of CTC Structure state wise will be desirable

6. Strong knowledge on Excel

7. Regular Follow up the candidates till joining

8. Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate
