Introduction

Ganga Prem Hospice is a spiritually orientated, non-profit hospice for terminally ill cancer patients. Ganga Prem Hospice has, in its organisation structure, a critical position of Nursing Administrative Officer (NAO), contributing to the Hospice team with utmost integrity, foresight, and compassion, and keeping in view the underlying ethos of the hospice that of making patients and their families feel supported and offering them top-of-the-line palliative care with abundant caring, are some of the qualities that will be expected of the candidate.

Job Purpose

Optimum management of, contribution to and continuous improvement of the medical/nursing activities and standard operating standards of Ganga Prem Hospice, as required in delivering best-in-class service to patients, their carers and the Hospice staff on the whole. To function as an enterprising administrator with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Educational & Professional Experience Qualifications

. (Nursing)

Valid Nursing Council License

10-15 years of documented administrative experience with hospital(s) of repute

Key Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

Adhere to all Hospice policies, procedures, nursing protocols and code of conduct

Possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide a high standard of clinical nursing care that meets the patients needs within the agreed policies

Ensure highest standards of patient care, and caregiver and staff care at the hospice

Continuously improve patient care standards
