Staff Nurse (ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing) €‹Role Overview €‹We are looking for qualified nursing professionals to conduct essential health screenings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in basic diagnostic testing and comfortable interacting with patients to explain health markers.

€‹Key Responsibilities €‹

Basic Screening: Perform routine diagnostic tests including Blood Sugar monitoring (Glucometer) and Anemia screening (Hemoglobin testing). €‹Patient Education: Explain test results clearly to patients and provide basic guidance on lifestyle or nutritional improvements. €‹

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all patient screenings and diagnostic data.

€‹Required Qualifications

€‹Education: ANM, GNM, or BSc Nursing degree/diploma. €‹

Registration: Must hold a valid registration with the Nursing Council. €‹Technical Skills: Proficiency in using point-of-care testing devices (Glucometers, Hb meters).

€‹Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
