Job Title: Nurse / Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse / Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at our healthcare facility in Nashik. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, performing medical procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and adherence to ethical nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment & Care Planning:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status, including vital signs, physical condition, and medical history.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, documenting changes and adjusting care plans as needed.
Medication Administration & Procedures:
Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician's orders, adhering to the five rights of medication administration.
Perform various medical procedures such as wound dressing, injections, catheterization, and IV fluid administration with precision and hygiene.
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Monitoring & Documentation:
Continuously monitor patient conditions, recording vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Maintain accurate, clear, and timely patient records, nursing notes, and other documentation in compliance with hospital policies and medical-legal requirements.
Prepare and update patient charts and discharge summaries.
Hygiene & Safety:
Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and a clean, safe environment.
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and waste management procedures.
Operate and maintain medical equipment responsibly and safely.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families, providing emotional support and educating them about their condition, treatment plans, and self-care.
Collaborate closely with doctors, other nurses, technicians, and support staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Report critical changes in patient status to the physician immediately.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, performing CPR and first aid as necessary.
Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, or transfers.
