who are we looking for?

someone with 0-3 year of demonstrated experience in network troubleshooting including service and support on networking products such as routers, switches, wireless devices etc..

location: bangalore only.

education: , bca, diploma, iti or any technical background.

experience: tire1 experience 0-1 years (fresher with good networking knowledge will get advantage)

tire2 experience 2-4 years.

technical skills:

• fresher with good understanding on networking concept and good communication skills considered.

• 6 months – 4 year experience in routing, switching and noc experience.

• ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people (customer and internal hpe) at all levels, across a geographic region

• fluent in english (verbal and written).

• passionate about networking, information technology or cloud technologies.

• to recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user;

• excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained;

• ready to work in rotational shifts in 24x7 operations. .

ctc- for tire 1 ctc :20-25k per month.

for tire 2 ctc: 35-40k per month.

notice period: 15 days
