responsibilities-

• monitoring sla management to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value

• to work on routing and switching protocols like ospf,mpls, vlan,qinq,vlan , mstp

• delivering results and meeting customer expectations

• handling of incidents & outages for restoration

• managing & configuration of ip products like routers, switches, and firewall

requirements

• ready to work as individual contributor

• ability to prioritize and multitask

• advanced knowledge of l2 protocols (vlans & qinq, stp, lldp and acl, mpls), l3 protocols (ospf, vrf etc.)

• end-to-end understanding of ip network architecture is must

• hands-on work experience on managing ip based network services network and remote troubleshooting

• understanding of the business processes in the ip domain

• well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving and strategic thinking

• good experience of multi-vendor routing and switching products like juniper, huawei, routers & switches

• experience preferably with enterprise/isp on epon & gpon network

• should be able to work in rotational shifts.
