Responsibilities:

Managing Domain Server and Physical Server, updating security patches and policies.

Firewall Security Maintenance and Management.

Maintaining and managing the mail server.

Act as a Contact point for the Vendors and service providers for procurement of laptops, desktops, software applications, services like leased lines etc.

Engage with the team members and reviewing their technical calls and ensuring that IT responds satisfactorily to the end users.
