Desired Candidate Profile:

Preferably Male Candidate. Candidate should have good communication skills and pleasant attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Network engineer certifications such as CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional Security), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and GIAC Security Certifications.

They plan and implement security measures to protect the system from cyber attacks, hacking attacks, intrusion, infiltration, and natural disasters.

Manage and maintain enterprise level LAN/WAN networks.

Configuration and management of core devices, Routers, LAN Switches, Firewall, Wireless Controllers & Access Point.

Primary Skills: Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco ASA Firewall, Cisco Routers

Mandate: Hands-on End-to-End firewall implementation.

Minimum 2 firewall hands-on experience Cisco / Sophos / Palo Alto / Fortinet.

Monitoring of local and remote networks consists of heterogeneous types of devices.

Analysis and troubleshooting of networking and performance issues in physical and logical networks.

Understanding and resolving real-time problems reported by local and remote users.

Follow the helpdesk processes and SLAs while handling trouble tickets.

Reporting and documentation of daily networks and performance issues.

Provide on-call support during weekends if needed.

Delivering excellent customer service through professional, comprehensive and timely support for the

Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.)

Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers

Configuration of router, Switches and wireless access point

Basic knowledge of ticketing tool to assign, update and close tickets in tool.
