Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/OEMs to support Network operations
Keep and maintain the Network Topology Diagram given by CUSTOMER. Maintain it with details of VLANs, Subnets IP addresses etc.
Network and Device health monitoring like CPU, memory etc..
Troubleshooting of the Switches, Routers, Firewalls, ACI, SD-WAN, SD-Access, SDN, Cloud, Video Conferences, Voice Technology, Load balancers, Wi-Fi and SolarWinds tool.
Managing and troubleshooting of the LAN and Wi-Fi Network within the SLA timelines.
IP Phone / CCT Connectivity
Managing and troubleshooting of DC Network, DR Network, Cloud Network.
Strictly follow processes like Change management, Asset Management etc..
Compliance execution and support to the laid down the service and security processes.
ISP coordination & escalation including ticket lodging, email & phone follow-ups
Generate the network reports
Creating, updating incidents and Service Tickets
Special attention and resolve the VIP network connectivity/access issues
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Support project implementations/migrations
Escalations as per the agreed escalation process wherever required
