Reporting Business Manager - OPI

Role Scope:

This person will ensure selling and professional trainings of OPI products to clients through seminars, events, and salon sessions. Candidate will act as the ambassador for the brand

Major Responsibilities:

Visiting salon daily as per coverage plan

Complete Field work

Read to travel across Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh, Telangana

Delivering sales and training targets

Conducting in salon workshops for OPI

Identification and conversion of new accounts / clients into OPI accounts. And maintaining relationships with existing accounts along with distributor

Assist with BDM enquiries in regard to training and product knowledge

Deal with technical enquires, customer issues or objection handling

Share secondary sales and workshop reports on timely basis

Plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory and salon visuals, beat plans etc.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills- verbal & written

Technical knowledge basic to advance nails techniques

Product Knowledge for training and selling

Good presentation skills

Basic MS excel skills

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of selling / training experience in nail industry.

Education Qualification:

Minimum bachelors degree / diploma from any recognized University in India with. MBA freshers also preferred.
