Moulding Engineer - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Moulding Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mould design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Mould Design**: Create and optimize mould designs for various production needs, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

2. **Process Optimization**: Analyze and improve moulding processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.

3. **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve issues related to moulds and moulding machinery, ensuring minimal downtime in production.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of moulds into the manufacturing process.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Perform inspections and tests on moulds to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate should possess a degree in engineering or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with CAD software for mould design is preferred. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues across departments. A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and designs are vital for this role.
