Job Description

Experienced Motor Winder required for winding, rewinding, repairing, and maintaining electric motors, generators, and rotating electrical equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose motor faults.

Remove damaged windings and rewind stators/rotors as per specifications.

Perform coil winding, insulation, lacing, varnishing, and baking.

Replace bearings and carry out motor assembly.

Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.

Conduct electrical tests such as IR, continuity, and performance tests (preferable).
